Our synthetic hair extensions are indeed heat-resistant up to 180°C. They can be easily straightened with a flat iron but they require a different technique for curling compared to natural human hair. If you're not a professional, we recommend avoiding traditional curling methods as they may damage the synthetic hair. We offer a wide range of pre-styled extensions so you don't have to curl them anymore!
Yes It is! start by gently removing any tangles. Soak the extensions in cool water, then rinse thoroughly with any sulfate-free shampoo to cleanse the fibers. After washing, dab the extensions dry with a towel without squeezing or rubbing and let it air dry. By adhering to these simple steps, you can maintain the lustrous appearance and longevity of your hair extensions.
As our synthetic hair extensions are made from a premium mono-fibre material, we highly advise against using any hair dyes, as this could potentially damage the extensions and is unlikely to take to the fibres.

I’m honestly very disappointed with this company. I ordered the hair extensions for a photoshoot, but they arrived after the event was already over. It completely ruined my plans and caused unnecessary stress. What made it worse was the poor customer service — no proper updates, no real effort to help, and no accountability for the delay. I expected at least some understanding or compensation, but instead, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. Such a letdown. I definitely wouldn’t order from this company again. Unreliable!

The team was very responsive to my inquiries since I had an event the week that I ordered so that already was a great experience for me. As for the extensions itself, it was amazing! Everyone thought it was my actual hair haha. It was easy to put on as well. I watched the videos beforehand and it took less than 5 minutes to put on. It stayed put throughout the event and it didn't shift at all. If anything, I just felt the weight towards the end of the evening because I was so tired but even taking it off was a breeze! Would definitely purchase again in the future!
