We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need to send us a proof of the item if it's damaged or if you received a wrong item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

STYLING:

For our straight synthetic hair, you can curl up to 180℃. When styling with heat, let the curled hair sir in the palm of your hand for about 10-30 seconds to cool and set, then drop the curls down.

For our curly or wavy synthetic hair, once you flat iron the hair fiber straight, the original curl or texture will NOT come back. To soften a style, you can brush out the waves, curls or texture without the use of a hot tool. To revive a brushed-out style. spray with water to lightly dampen the hair and shake/snap the hair

MAINTENANCE:

CAN I WASH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes! all of our products can be washed. We recommend dissolving any brand of fabric conditioner in the water for our Japanese Synthetic Fiber products. Remember to ONLY WASH WHEN NEEDED and LET IT AIR DRY.


DETANGLING:

Lay your hair on a flat surface and start brushing the ends while holding the bottom section tightly. Move up in sections towards the base, gently. If you brush synthetic hair from top to bottom, the fibers can "stretch." This causes tangles and breakage, just like split ends on your real hair.
