Refund policy

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it. A sticker seal is placed on our package for hygiene purposes. If you would like to return & exchange, you may do so as long as the seal is not removed or opened and the hair pieces have not been handled or worn. If the seal is tampered or the package is broken/opened in other areas, we are not able to return or exchange the item. Customer will also handle all the shipping fees plus a restock fee of ₱80, unless it is within our fault for sending a wrong item.

Note: We have the right to refuse a return & exchange claims if the requirements stated above doesn’t apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
